Refund policy

All orders are printed exactly as artwork is provided. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for mistakes, low resolution, sizing issues, or formatting errors in customer-submitted artwork.

If an order contains a workmanship or print-quality error caused by us, we will reprint your order at no cost or issue a refund. To qualify, the product must be returned for inspection. Once received and verified, refunds will be issued within 3 business days.
